Fortune smiling also means new fields of work.
Preparing with a math refresher on alison.com and coursera for the upcoming postgrad in Public Health - exercise is also on the agenda as honey, I'm a big boy now after holidays.
Writing poetry continues habitually, of course. Recently, Ivor Indyk of Giramondo Press has welcomed two submissions of short fictional works from me. Completing that brief is also a focus. The posited work in health regarding self-directed neuroplasticity is a longer term endeavour but Ivor is open to that work being submitted as well in principle.
As for the business? The solid option is Australian Latino Press. Elastic Sidewalk creative agency is very much eponymous - stretchy, bouncy, friendly, arty and unpredictable. Its Facebook page has grown to over 500 fans so I'll let it mellow until time and world gives best next steps. Ever the optimist and if I don't write soon then happy new year everyone!
Along with having work accepted very recently by Southerly Journal of the English Association, Sydney I have also been accepted to a Masters of Public Health and as well Masters of Health Communication at the Sydney Medical School, Sydney University.
Big thank you there!
Continued seasonal joy and adjustments!

I'm thinking of returning to spoken word as improviser too - not many people do that. Style myself on avant-garde Sun Ra and Alfred Jarry perhaps 'cos everyone does progressive life lessons like Gil Scott Heron. I might wear a hat but I don't have to.
It's Sunday now - I'm taking a break and having a fresh-brewed coffee. Enjoy your day.
