My projects are thus
Study Masters of Public Health: my reflective journal is gaining peer recognition in qualitative research. Looking into treatments of not only mental health but neurological conditions.
Start treating clients in neuroplasticity: education and mentoring of people with neurological or mental health disorders. Already have some online clients in my industry internship. As well now explore cognitive "sculpturing" and enhancement. Developing knowledge of autonomous sensory meridian response as contemporary online relaxation. Self treating for memory improvement (remembering poems and maybe recalling an entire deck of cards).
In literature: work towards my Giramondo Press three book pitch. Get a poetry chapbook out there and get a whole book or two published including my photography.
In publishing: growing Australian Latino Press. Also I am leading a polymath complexist art/science initiative online that will result in good SEO, traffic and ranking through rigorous backlinking and nodal logic. The ROI can only be positive.
I have personally recruited people Australia wide and from Quebec, California and Europe. Among the talents are professorial philosophers, broad knowledge Oulipo poets, visual artists, photographers, a contemporary composer, gaming and geolocation artists.
Once we build our rank with quality content and with high visibility submission from global luminaries then we'll open up submissions. And release publications with writing, illustrations, music in hard copy and rich digital format. This complexist initiative, in its 90s hyperreal ambience dances with the community embrace of Australian Latino Press. I personally feel that digital culture has lost much of its speculative and fascinating content and qualities over to a type of lazy aesthetic design-democracy and buzzing fapperdu-ness...if you know what I mean. And you do know what I mean....
And all this translatability - when I was a boy, stuff you read never made sense, you had to squash your brain to a French rectangle to fit the circle...democracy and a climate change denier is in power...
Thinking about an anthology of marginal Australian poets and publishing it. Many thanks to Frank Kruse of Hootonics, Pete Spence, Lou Steer, Mark Roberts and Nicholas Pounder.
In events: Keep supporting others and maintaining The Blue Space Poetry Jam that's been thankfully supported by New Parliament Press, Rochford Street Review, mine own Australian Latino Press, and Elastic Sidewalk Creative. And if I could translate the marginal anthology mentioned to an event like "mad bad and dangerous to know"
and create a crew around Latino beat poets then I'd be happy. I'm also needing time and an extra set of hands to initiate crowd funding for ALL this work, work work.
Personally? I love relaxing in idyllic Australia - journeying to mountain city and beach. But hey, I want Paris NY Bahia Tokyo London Prague and Minsk (?) too :)
It's a bucket-list life.
